§ 11251 Tehama-Butte Conduit Capacity

The Tehama-Butte Conduit shall be of such capacity as the department determines to be necessary to furnish an adequate supply of water for industrial, agricultural, domestic, and other beneficial uses in the area to be served by it. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
