§ 10817 Water Use Efficiency Definition

“Water use efficiency” means the efficient management of water resources for beneficial uses, preventing waste, or accomplishing additional benefits with the same amount of water. (Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 15, Sec. 12. (AB 1668) Effective January 1, 2019.)
