§ 10654 Water Conservation Cost Recovery

An urban water supplier may recover in its rates the costs incurred in preparing its urban water management plan, its drought risk assessment, its water supply and demand assessment, and its water shortage contingency plan and implementing the reasonable water conservation measures included in either of the plans. (Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 14, Sec. 45. (SB 606) Effective January 1, 2019.)
