§ 105 Agricultural Well Boring Vehicles

• •It is a motor vehicle.
• •It must be used only for boring (drilling) water‑wells.
• •It has to be on agricultural (farm) property.

A farmer drives a big truck with a drill attached to dig a new well on his farm.

Because the truck is only used to drill a water‑well on farm land, the law says it counts as an “agricultural water‑well boring rig.”
