• •If a law mentions another law, it includes all updates to that law.
• •Old rules and new changes are treated as one.
• •This keeps laws up-to-date without rewriting everything.

If a new rule says you must wear a seatbelt, and later they add that kids under 8 need a special seat, this law means both rules count.

Even if the seatbelt rule was written years ago, updates like the kid seat rule are part of it too.
