§ 10207 Panel Application Review Deadlines

This law says a panel must decide on a complete application within 60 days and must set up fast‑track rules for proposals from state agencies that have a special agreement with the panel.

Key Takeaways

  • •The panel must accept or reject a completed application within 60 days of getting it.
  • •The panel must create fast‑track procedures for reviewing proposals from state agencies in a special interagency agreement.
  • •These rules apply only to proposals covered by that special agreement.

Example

A state environmental agency sends a proposal to the panel under a special interagency agreement.

The panel has to either accept or reject that proposal within 60 days, and it must use the quick‑review process it created for these kinds of agency proposals.
