§ 99630 Los Angeles Rail Funding

Two hundred twenty nine million dollars ($229,000,000) shall be allocated to the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission, for expenditure on rail projects within Los Angeles County as follows: (a) Not less than eighty million dollars ($80,000,000) thereof shall be allocated for Metro Rail. (b) Not less than eighty million dollars ($80,000,000) thereof shall be allocated for rail projects other than Metro Rail within Los Angeles County. (Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 116.)
