§ 7654 Railroad Passenger Safety Rules

• •Trains must clearly post their rules about tickets and how passengers should behave inside the train cars.
• •If a passenger gets hurt while breaking these posted rules or ignoring direct warnings from train staff, the train company isn’t responsible for the injury.
• •The train company can still be responsible if they didn’t follow the rules in Section 7653.
