§ 7528 Railroad Propulsion Methods

Every person or corporation authorized to operate a railroad is authorized to use steam, diesel, electricity, compressed air, or any other suitable motive power, for the purpose of propelling cars or trains on the railroad or upon any portion thereof. (Amended by Stats. 1951, Ch. 1027.)
