§ 50090 Ordinance Enactment Requirements

The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be as follows: “Be it enacted by the board of directors of San Joaquin Regional Transit District:” All ordinances shall be signed by the chairperson of the board or the vice chairperson and attested by the secretary.
