§ 30217 City Selection Committee Meeting

• •The Secretary of State must call the first meeting of the city selection committee within 10 days after getting the right papers.
• •The first meeting must happen at least 20 days after it's called.
• •The meeting can be moved or delayed if most of the members agree, even if not everyone is there.

A group of people from different cities need to pick a new location for a big project.

The Secretary of State gets the papers showing who is on the committee. They have to set up the first meeting within 10 days, and the meeting must happen at least 20 days later. If most of the committee members want to change the meeting time or place, they can do that, even if some members are missing.
