§ 30209 City Selection Committee Terms

• •People on the city selection committee can be removed anytime by the city leaders who picked them.
• •If a committee member loses their job in the city government, they also lose their spot on the committee.
• •If they’re also on the board of directors, they lose that spot too.

Imagine the mayor picks someone to be on the city’s park committee. Later, the mayor decides they don’t want that person on the committee anymore.

The mayor can remove them anytime. Also, if that person stops being a city council member, they automatically lose their spot on the park committee too.
