§ 25333 Retirement System Cost Contributions

The board may require the district to contribute the entire cost of the retirement system or may require an officer or employee of the district, upon becoming a member of the retirement system, to contribute a portion of the cost, as permitted or required by law. The amount of the officer or employee contribution shall be determined by the board, as permitted or required by law. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 200, Sec. 15. (AB 784) Effective January 1, 2022.)
