§ 22443 Employee Bonding Requirements

The general manager, secretary, auditor, and all other employees or assistants of the district who may be required to do so by the board, shall give bonds to the district conditioned for the faithful performance of their duties as the board may prescribe. (Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 151.)
