§ 22441 District Financial Audit System

The auditor shall install and maintain a system of auditing and accounting which shall competently and at all times show the financial condition of the district. He shall draw warrants to pay demands made against the district if the demands have been approved by at least three directors. (Amended by Stats. 1963, Ch. 760.)
