§ 13072 Bond Chapter Scope Limitation

• •This rule is only about special money promises (bonds) made under this part of the law.
• •If the words don’t say something different, assume they’re talking about these special bonds.
• •Other money promises not in this part of the law don’t follow these rules.

A city wants to borrow money to build a new park.

If the city uses the special bonds mentioned in this law, these rules apply. But if they borrow money another way, these rules don’t matter.
