§ 11612 Municipal Utility District Petition

The petition shall contain substantially the same declarations and statements required to be contained in the resolutions presented to a board of supervisors under this chapter, and declare that, in the opinion of the petitioners, public interest or necessity demands the creation and maintenance of a municipal utility district.
