§ 107013 Board Quorum And Voting

A majority of the board or of a standing committee entitled to vote constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. All official acts of the board or a standing subcommittee of the board require the affirmative vote of a majority of the board or committee members present. (Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 503, Sec. 1.
