§ 101215 District Account Approval Authority

The board shall examine, settle, and allow all accounts legally chargeable against the district, and shall order checks or warrants to be drawn in payment thereof by the treasurer of the district, or by the warrant of the county auditor upon the county treasury, as the case may be. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1161.)
