§ 962 Cemetery Tax Levy Authority

The officers who are charged by law with raising money by taxation for maintaining any such cemetery or place of burial shall fix the tax levy at an amount sufficient to comply with the requirements of this article. (Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 389.)
