§ 4887 Sewer Maintenance And Contracts

The board may appoint the county surveyor to supervise the work of cleaning, repairing, reconstructing, renewing, replacing, operating, and maintaining the sewers and their appurtenances and may enter into contracts for the purchase of water to be used in flushing the sewers and for the disposal of sewage collected in the district.
