§ 43653 Vehicle Emission Control Requirements

Every 1966 or later model year motor vehicle, subject to registration and first sold and registered in this state, shall be equipped with a certified device to control its crankcase emissions and exhaust emissions. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 957.)
