§ 41330 Antelope Valley Pollution Fees

The Antelope Valley district may adopt a schedule of fees, levied on permitted and other sources of air pollution to recover the cost of implementing this chapter, pursuant to Section 42311 and Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 44220) of Part 5. (Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 163, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2002.)
