§ 40446 South Coast Vehicle Inspection Assistance

If requested by the state board, the south coast district board may assist in the administration and enforcement of any state statute establishing an inspection program for motor vehicles with respect to their air pollution emissions and their air pollution control devices or systems and any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such a statute. (Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 324.)
