§ 33810 Pre-1978 Debt Tax Security

Key Takeaways

  • •The money was supposed to be paid back using certain taxes.
  • •The law says that this money is in danger because the tax rules might change.

Example

Imagine you borrowed money from a friend and promised to pay them back using your allowance.
