§ 17034 Employee Housing Violation Enforcement

If any person who holds an annual permit to operate employee housing violates any of the provisions of this part, building standards published in the State Building Standards Code relating to employee housing, the other regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions of this part, or conditions of the permit, the enforcement agency shall proceed according to Section 17055 immediately upon discovery of such a violation. (Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1298, Sec. 27. Effective January 1, 1993.)
