§ 13163 Fire Extinguisher Servicing License

No person shall engage in the business of, nor perform for a fee, the servicing, charging, or testing of portable fire extinguishers without a license issued by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to this chapter expressly authorizing such person to perform such acts.
