§ 129075 Borrower Compliance Reporting Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •Borrowers must send reports to the department to show they are following the rules.
  • •If the report shows they are not following the rules, they must make a plan to fix it.
  • •The department tells the government every year how well borrowers are following the rules.

Example

A hospital gets money from the government and must send a report every year.

If the hospital does not send the report or the report shows they are not helping the community enough, they must make a plan to do better. The government checks every year to see if hospitals are doing what they promised.
