§ 129070 Borrower Compliance Plan Eligibility

Key Takeaways

  • •If you can't meet the rules for a loan, you might still get one if you have a good plan.
  • •Your plan must show clear steps and a timeline to follow the rules later.
  • •The people giving the loan must agree that your plan is good enough.

Example

A small hospital wants a loan to buy new equipment but doesn’t meet all the health rules yet.

The hospital can still get the loan if they show a plan like, 'We will hire more nurses in 6 months and fix the old rooms in a year.' If the loan people think the plan is good, they can approve the loan.
