§ 128705 Health Council Name Update

On and after January 1, 1986, any reference in this code to the Advisory Health Council or the California Health Policy and Data Advisory Commission shall be deemed a reference to the department. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 143, Sec. 197. (AB 133) Effective July 27, 2021.)
