§ 12635 Fire Marshal Fund Allocation

All of the moneys collected pursuant to this part shall be deposited in the State Fire Marshal Licensing and Certification Fund established pursuant to Section 13137 and shall be available, when appropriated by the Legislature, to the State Fire Marshal to carry out this part. (Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 306, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1993. Operative July 1, 1993, by Sec. 6 of Ch. 306.)
