§ 12585 License Application Withdrawal

Any applicant may withdraw his application for a license or renewal of a license and the State Fire Marshal may allow the withdrawal when he has determined that it is in the best interest of public safety or the administration of this part. (Added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 1109.)
