§ 120535 Venereal Disease Patient Admission

Any state agency conducting a public hospital shall admit acute venereal disease cases, when, in the opinion of the department or the local health officer having jurisdiction, persons infected with venereal disease may be a menace to public health. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 1996.)
