§ 117120 Reservoir Regulation Violations

Key Takeaways

  • •Breaking the rules set by the government agency near a reservoir is a crime.
  • •If you break these rules, you can be taken to court in the county where the reservoir is located.
  • •This is a small crime, not a big one, but you can still get in trouble.

Example

You go fishing at a reservoir and ignore the 'No Fishing' signs put up by the government agency.

Ignoring the signs is breaking the rules, so you could be charged with a misdemeanor and have to go to court in that county.
