§ 116995 Animal Pollution Of Water

No person shall cause or permit any horses, cattle, sheep, swine, poultry, or any kind of live stock or domestic animals, to pollute the waters, or tributaries of waters, used or intended for drinking purposes by any portion of the inhabitants of this state. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
