§ 114935 Atomic Energy Information Sharing

The secretary shall keep the Governor and the various interested state departments and agencies and the cities and counties informed of private and public activities affecting the peacetime uses of atomic energy. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
