§ 114930 Atomic Energy Regulation Recommendations

The secretary may, when he or she deems necessary or appropriate, recommend to any state department or other state agency the adoption, amendment, or repeal of regulations relating to atomic energy development. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
