§ 114815 Radioactive Materials Definition

For the purposes of this article the term “radioactive materials” shall include any material or combination of materials that spontaneously emits ionizing radiation. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
