§ 113265 Low Acid Food Freezing Rules

Low acid foods that are to be frozen and packaged in hermetically sealed metal containers, shall not be cooked in the container before freezing. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
