§ 112855 Canning License Violations

Any person who does not obtain a license required of him or her by this chapter, or who engages in canning operations after his or her license has been suspended or revoked, or who otherwise violates this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not exceeding six months. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
