§ 112635 Misdemeanor Penalties

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding six months, or by both the fine and imprisonment. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
