§ 112465 Food Storage Time Limits

No person shall keep any article of food in cold storage for more than twelve calendar months, except with the consent of the board. Thirty days prior to the expiration of the 12-month period, the licensee shall send notice to the board advising them of this fact. Duplicate notice shall be sent to the owner of the food. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
