§ 112430 Cold Storage Food Report

Key Takeaways

  • •If the government asks, you must tell them how much food you have stored in your freezer or fridge.
  • •You have to give them a detailed list of what you have.
  • •You must do this quickly, but you get a little time to get the info together.

Example

You own a big freezer warehouse where you store ice cream for stores.

If the government asks, you have to tell them exactly how many gallons of ice cream you have stored right now. You can't say 'a lot'—you have to give them the exact number.
