§ 111800 Annual Registration Fee Requirements

A registration application form provided by the department shall be completed annually and accompanied by an application fee of three hundred fifty dollars ($350). This fee shall not be returnable if the registration is denied. The fee amount shall be adjusted annually pursuant to Section 100425. All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the Export Document Program Fund established by Section 110240. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
