§ 111135 License Denial Or Revocation

The department may deny any license application or revoke or suspend any license issued for cause. The department shall inform the person of any denial, revocation, or suspension in writing, stating with particularity reasons for the denial, revocation, or suspension. “Cause,” as used in this section, means a violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
