§ 108610 Commercial Violation Civil Penalties

Any commercial establishment or retail distributor that violates the provisions of this article shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for each violation. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
