§ 103575 Birth Record Verification

The state or local registrar or county recorder may, without fee verify a date and place of birth, when the applicant can present sufficient information to identify the birth record. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
