§ 103150 Marriage Ceremony Registration

Each marriage that is performed shall be registered by the person performing the ceremony as provided by Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 420) of Part 3 of Division 3 of the Family Code. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
