§ 102180 State Registrar Duties

The State Registrar is charged with the execution of this part in this state, and has supervisory power over local registrars, so that there shall be uniform compliance with all of the requirements of this part. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
