§ 101470 City Health Officer Duties

Each city health officer shall enforce and observe all of the following: (a)  Orders and ordinances of the governing body of the city pertaining to the public health. (b)  Orders, quarantine and other regulations, concerning the public health, prescribed by the department. (c)  Statutes relating to the public health. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996. Note: See Section 504 (from which this section is derived) as modified on July 17, 1991, in Governor's Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1991.)
